Smart Full-Charge Detection
When the battery is charged to 14.5V / 29V (or 90%), the software starts its full-charge check: instead of voltage and amperage, the screen shows S _ _ _ / S * _ _ / S * * _ / S * * * / FUL. Each software stage performs a 3-minute check, and when all three stages confirm the battery is fully charged, “FUL” is displayed and the charger automatically stops charging.
Operating Instructions (Plug & Play)
- PreparationEnsure the charger is turned off and unplugged from the AC mains. Clean the battery terminals if necessary.
- Select charging modeUse the potentiometer to select the charging mode based on your battery capacity.
- Connect the batteryTightly connect the ends of the charger wires to the battery terminals.
- Power onPlug the unit into a standard AC outlet. The Mains LED will light and the LCD will show real-time charging parameters.
- Charging processThe charger automatically monitors the battery and stops charging when charging is complete (automatic cut-off).
Note: If the Reverse Battery LED lights up, immediately disconnect the clamp and correct the polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
Important Safety Instructions
- Never ignore the Reverse Battery LED. Always ensure a proper connection.
- Do not block the side ventilation slots; clear airflow is essential for heat dissipation and long service life.
- Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable or defective batteries.
- Do not expose the charger to rain, moisture or excessive direct heat. Operate in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Ideal Applications
- AutomotiveCar and SUV batteries
- Inverter SystemsHome or office backup batteries
- Solar Power SystemsSolar storage batteries
- Heavy MachineryTractor and commercial truck batteries
- Commercial SpacesWorkshops and professional automotive service centres
Highlights Across All Models
- Auto cut-off technologyOnce the battery is fully charged, the device automatically stops charging, preventing overcharging.
- Multi-stage charging (Boost and Float)When the battery level is low, it charges rapidly in boost mode. As the battery nears full charge, it shifts to float mode, which helps preserve the battery's lifespan.
- Comprehensive protectionBuilt-in safety features protect against short circuits, overloads, excessive temperatures and reverse polarity (incorrect wiring).
- High efficiencyReduces power consumption and provides a stable output even at low voltage (e.g. 150V AC).
- Copper construction100% copper transformers, and all types of cables/wires.
